News - 2019
We are extremely grateful for our group of seniors this year. They loved to project so much, they want it to continue. Sp they met with seniors from the Day Center No. 1 in Cluj-Napoca. The event was organized by Ovidiu and moderated by Ina.
The main topic was the SWILI-3 project and how it could be continued on local level during 2020.
We already have a list of possible participants for next year! :-) Amazing!
"This project fits me perfect..."
"Mens sana in corpore sano" fits very well this project.
"I greatly recommend this project to people my age or even older."
"With this project I had an opportunity to relax."
Ina is sorry the project is ending and wants to continue with the regular practice, so she has become a true ambassador in her country and began looking for ways for that to happen. Ina, way to go! You truly are an inspiration! :-)
"This is my first Erasmus+ project and I am very happy that such projects also address elderly people."
"Usually I do all the interesting things together with my wife and the Swim to Live project is one of them."
We had a great time this weekend. Check out the pics!

This year the focus of the project is on our ambassadors: previously active people in various areas of their life. It can be sport, it can be gardening, it can be learning foreign languages, it can be all of the above. :-)
They are here to spread the message, that age is just a number and that having an active body and mind, long after retirement can only be beneficial.
Check out Marjeta and her words of wisdom. :-)
Mother and son with Down syndrome talk about why they love swimming so much at our open house day. Check it out! :-)
Yay! We got a new swimmer to join us on our regular trainings. Open house days, we love you. :-D
During the project we will host three open house days per partner to reach the people, who we maybe never could otherwise. The goal is to invite friends and family members of our swimmers in the project how a training looks like (dry land training, mindfulness and swimming practice) with the hope that they will want to enrol in something similar in the future. Already we were successful - one of the ladies who came applied, for a swimming course the day after our open house day.
WOOHOO!
The second Swili Night competition is behind us and we had a great evening! Thanks to all the swimmers, judges, trainers and supporting public who came and made this memorable event even better.
Check out the photo selection. To see more, go to our FB page.
Our second transnational project meeting is behind us, but it was the first time the swimmers from all three partner countries met and shared positive vibes and the love for an active lifestyle. We had a wonderful time in Cluj Napoca and our swimmers can't wait to see each other again in Italy in October. Check out some photos from the meeting.
Hey guys,
have you ever wondered who is the team behind the Swili projects? Search no further, check out this video.
Happy New Year everyone!
