    It's very important to do this exercise step by step. First the swimmer has to pull his heels towards his bottom, than it is necessary to correctly position the feet- the toes have to be far apart and the heels should be turned toward each other (similar to second position in ballet-google it). Than he should push back, while still holding the correct position of the feet.
