    I suggest these exercise only after they already know the exhaling in water and then the trunk position is much better

    also we propose the same exercise, we don't use the tube and the lowest edge allows to keep the back more in axis. It is very useful for the correction of the legs and for the introduction of the front breathing.

    This is a good exercise, but I would suggest putting the floating device lower, somewhere around the swimmer's waist or hips, because that way, their body position in the water will be a lot better and more similar to the actual swimming of freestyle.
